There are a number of tools you can use to secure the rivet on the Repair Kit for Titan Couplers and Trailer Brake Actuators part # T1848700 but the manufacturer does not provide exact instructions for this. That said, if you take a trip to your local hardware store you can pick up a handheld rivet fastener set to get the job done.
